Printable iPad Case...

Hello! Today I bring you a printable iPad case! Print it off and transform your device into a personalized piece of art! First off, you will need a hardshell clear case. I got mine on Amazon (click here) very cheap and it is worth it. Next, you will need to print off this template I made (click on the picture to print it).

Printable iPad Case will only print with the right proportions if you save it to your desktop and print it from there, if you print directly from the link, it will print the whole web page and size will be off.

After its printed, decorate it! I think hand-drawn sharpie designs look the coolest because the point is to make it look handmade and that really makes it pop.

After you are done with your design, cut it out. Technically you can cut it out first but I like having it whole when I draw on it because it prevents me from conforming to the shape of the case and to keep the design consistent.

If you are too lazy to get the exact-o knife out, cutting it like that will work too and won't really be noticeable.
After you cut it out you can place it in the hard shell. the template works with smart cover (which is why theres that long notch on the right side). You might need to trim some edges slightly because it might be a little different every time due to cutting and well- its not perfect. Remember that cutting a little wider on all the little notches isn't that bad because more space is better than not enough. Because its paper it can more easily conform to the shape of the case. It might crease a little around the corners but nothing major.

Now you have the power (and the template) to make as many as you want! I always like changing it up so this is something I have been looking for but couldn't find so I just decided to make it myself :).

If drawing free hand isn't your thing you can also print off and cut out these bright chevron cases! Click the link under the one you like the most to print it out *<(:(I)

My printer chose a bad time to run out of ink and that is why the nice bright green one printed grey. You can still print it out by CLICKING HERE FOR THE GREEN CASE (pictured in the first picture in this post).

CLICK HERE FOR BLUE CASE (btw it prints out more teal than shown in the picture)

I also made this one with Gus on it :)

Thanks for stopping by! One of the perks of this project is that it is near free and can be changed over and over again. It works for a person like me because I refuse to buy a $60 case that I might get sick of. Keep in mind I love to see your finished products! You can email me pictures of your results anytime at knowandtellcrafts(at)hotmail(dot)com

Thanks again :)
